See my comments on Johnson’s store beloww. Much the same applies to this location. They were two competitors within 100 yards of one another. This location also served as the Post Office in “my day”.
Later it has been restaurant/bar/dance hall–we used to call them “juke joints.” This agreat historic agriculture community situated between Cotton,Ga and Sale City, with Laney along the way.

I remember a tad bit about Hinsonton, as I was a child when we lived there in the late 40′s. My father was a sharecropper back then. Can’t remember the farm owner’s name.
