Built in the 1920s, this historic farmhouse was owned by the late Leta Mac Stripling, who recently passed away at the age of 100. Relatives will soon restore and modernize the house, but they plan to highlight some of her extensive collection of antiques. Among my favorite items are original Currier & Ives lithographs, as well as lithographs by Nathaniel Currier before he went into partnership with James Merritt Ives. I’d like to thank Janisse Ray for the invitation, and William and Jane Stanley for being wonderful hosts.
