I remember about 30 years ago the river was half way up that monument and we went waterskiing where the visitor center is and down the right-of-way to the 2nd bridge.
Thanks Brian … Nice to see this tribute to Foster. I remember being proud to have learned his song during my schooldays, in Brawley, California.
