In a city overflowing with wonderful old homes, this is one of my favorites.

    I spent many a day and night in that house as a teenager. My best friend’s mom and stepdad bought the house in the early 90’s and renovated the house. They added a detached garage, workshop, and pool in the back. They sold the house in 2006 to it’s current owner, a urologist in Americus. He has the house listed for sale now.
