World Record Bass, Telfair County

Caught by George W. Perry on 2 June 1932, the 22 pound-4 ounce Largemouth Bass remains the largest ever recorded.

New Hope Historic Marker

Constituted in July 1830, New Hope Primitive Baptist Church is significant in the history of the Baptist Church as the place where the rift leading to the formation of the Missionary Baptists occurred.
