The Ocmulgee is one of the most beautiful rivers in Georgia, but unfortunately, it also flows through some of the most populated areas in the state. Upstream pollution and chemical runoff from farms pose a constant threat to its health. If you love Georgia’s rivers, please get involved in a riverkeeper group by giving  your time or money to help them clean up these most precious of our natural resources.
