   My dad took pictures of the old Methodist Church as it was being removed from Cecil.

   As I recall, the old chapel is near the front gate. (I have not been to Camp Tygart since the 1990s.)

   Have you visited Camp Tygart, out from Ray City? The chapel there used to the Cecil United Methodist Church.
