When I was growing up, lots of older ladies dipped snuff. I was amazed to see such a high demand for it in Ideal.

That Honey Bee can looks familiar! What I’d give to smell that sweet fagrance again and hug my grandma one more time. My mother hated that she used that “nasty” stuff. Lol. What I’d give to smell the occasional cigar my dad used to smoke also… Thanks for the memories this a.m.
Indeed Brian. When I was a kid I had a great aunt who dipped. Everywhere she went (and I mean everywhere…restaurants, church and even to see her doctor), she took her little green cut glass “spit’ vase tucked in her purse. This is at least one old-time tradition I am happy to see dying out!
I agree, Ben!
Come to think of it, I suspect the demand in Ideal is from the teen males rather than the older ladies. A “new” tradition which I hope soon goes away too.
