Thanks to Rebecca Wind for the identification. Shea Browning, whose law office was located here from 2001-2006, notes that this has served many purposes over the years and is presently used as a church.

    This building looks the same as it did in the 1950s, though the color is a little different. The white building in the background housed the fire department’s one truck, the city hall office (there was only one office), and the city jail. At one time there was a tower on that building that housed the fire siren which was tested every day at noon. The upstairs was an apartment that house the family of a city employee during the 1960s.
