According to local history, this house was built in 1909 for Lucius Corbett, one of the “three Corbett brothers.” It is presently owned by the Robert Summerlin family who also own Citizens Exchange Bank which joins this property.
A wonderful old house. I would love to live in one like this. They don’t build them like this any more and we are so much the worse for that.
