This house has been on the market for a couple of years. Unfortunately it has been vandalized extensively. It’s a beautiful home and would be a lovely piece of history to preserve, but it has sat for almost 2 years now with a 6 figure price tag on home evaluated well below that, it will probably end up demolished like several other homes here.
I can remember the name Bradwell Smith that my grandfather use to speak of, and his name was Robert G. Fuller, Sr. my great-grandmother was Ella Baggs Fuller, they use to call her the waving Fuller. Her son, my granddaddy worked on the SCL Railroad as a conductor, everytime he would go by on the train he would sound the horn and she would wave a flashlight.
