One of the grandest homes in Bainbridge, this property was built by Sheriff Leroy Patterson from bricks in his own brickyard.

Though in need of cosmetic repairs, the house appears to be in good shape overall. It’s a real Southern beauty.

  1. How sad to see such a beautiful “senior” lady start to show her age, and no one can help her. Maybe before she falls completely apart, some group or individual will come to her aid.

I have hopes that this lovely home will be restored. The main roof appears to be in good shape though. I love this style!
