I love the first one – the one covered in shrubs. It very much reminds me of my late parents’ house up in Treutlen County (Soperton). The front facades match. Mama said she was told it was a kit house. It was originally in Swainsboro, but my parents bought it in the 1960’s and had it moved.
I think they may have been kits, too, Martha. There are lots of Queen Annes with this configuration, too many to be a coincidence!
