We almost bought this house, but opted for a house off a dirt road instead of 56
Hello, Brian,
I have seen several houses of this general design in smaller towns in middle & eastern GA. But the double fireplace chimneys is not a feature I remember seeing spaced like these are; more commonly they are at each end of the house. Am guessing these may feed two rooms on each side, with a main hall down the middle of the house.
