This Second Empire cottage was built by Oliver Sexton and the property originally included over 26 acres. The porte-cochère is not original to the house and is an unfortunate modernization.

Built by Sam Hinds, this house features very unique windows. They were intended for use in an Episcopal church that was destroyed by a hurricane before the windows could be installed. The portico is leaning a bit, but the house and grounds are beautifully maintained.
